Move position in DFØ-app

Move position can be used when an employee is moved from one unit (organisational unit) to another or if an employee changes their geographical workplace. This move does not involve changes to the employee's salary and employment conditions.

Note that this function cannot be used in cases where there is more than one employee in the position. When a position is moved, all employees associated with that position are moved.

Only the leader of the receiving unit can perform the move, but changes to the geographical workplace can be registered by all leaders.

Leader's role

All users with the role "Approver 2" have access to the "Move position" menu option in the DFØ app. The leader can there:

• Move an employee from one organisational unit to another while retaining the position (position ID).
• Change the geographical workplace/personnel subarea (PDO) for employees.

Professional user's role

Forms that are submitted go for approval to "Approver 1" (HR flow). This is to ensure that the registration is correct and complies with regulations and internal guidelines. It is possible to process the tasks via the inbox both in the DFØ app and the self-service portal on a PC.
