This user guide shows how to process the Move position form in the DFØ app. The guide is suitable for you as Approver 1.
Inbox
Press Inbox to process the Move position task.
Here you can see which leader has submitted the task.
Press Handle Move position to handle the task. You will then enter a registration screen that is almost identical to the screen the leader has filled out.
Employee
Check that the correct start date and employee are specified.
Employment status
In the Employment status tab, the leader has registered changes to the organisational unit, geographical workplace/personnel area (PDO), and/or changes to the cost allocation.
If any information is incorrect, you must return the form to the leader and ask them to make changes.
Submission of the form
In the three-dot menu, you can:
- View summary
- Forward the task to another Approver 1
If any changes are needed, you must return the form to the leader by clicking the arrow in the top right corner. You will then need to write a note to the leader specifying what needs to be changed.
If everything is filled out correctly, you can approve the form by clicking the checkmark in the top right corner.
