Edit or delete external work

This is how you edit or delete external work in the self-service portal.

You can find your registered external work by clicking “My external work”. Here you can edit or delete external work.

To edit a post, mark the applicable line and click “Extend/Edit”. You can change the date, categorisation, and text.

All changes will be sent to the manager for new approval.

To view a post, mark the applicable line and click “Show”.

To delete a post, mark the applicable line and click “Delete”.

The post can only be deleted if its status is “For processing by employee”.
